Today (02/14/2020). I take the only bouquet at a reasonable price. Arriving at the cash desk the saleswoman said to me: "no". I answer: "no what?". She replied: "it's not possible". I ask: "what?". She replies: "we were wrong". I asked him: "what's the problem?". She replied: "We can't." I ask: "but why?". She replied: "no". Conclusion: this is not how you create a clientele.
