Waiting for a quote since the end of July 2019 we are the 15th of October. Despite 3 phone calls from me and 1 visit directly to the store I still have not got a rate while I am told each time it is sent to me quickly. Unfortunately, this is in my opinion a lack of professionalism.

More than 15 days to have a visit for a diagnosis. One month of waiting and two phone calls so as not to have the quote. Change of HS automation diagnosed and to be replaced. Another company came (AEFI) and repaired in 10 minutes a small bar that had come out of its accommodation.
