This is the second time that I have called on Xavier and I am always so delighted with his services. Professional, honest, punctual and friendly. The quotation announced is respected. You can call on him with your eyes closed.

I highly recommend.. I contacted Xavier for a lock change early in the morning, he was very responsive, he came in the early afternoon. The intervention was complex, I had a very old lock. Xavier was clear in these explanations, benevolent, very polite and remarkably professional. After some difficulties overcome everything was in place. Many of these colleagues around us take advantage of my precarious situation to make me incessant offers supported by rude and fallacious remarks.

Xavier is someone I know personally, so it was only natural that I recommended him to a friend of mine. However, by message I explained the problem to him: loss of keys, simple lock, therefore request to open the door with cylinder replacement if possible only within a defined budget. He tells me I quote "250 € big Max". Perfect, the appointment is made. His "technician" arrives in a BMW coupe more than 2 hours late and announces to my friend that it is 1300 € for opening and replacing. Threatens him to pay and Xavier contacts me saying "it's a shame your friend has no money". I discovered the pot aux roses and of course no more response from Xavier playing dead. As a result, my friend still paid € 30 for travel and had to wait the next day for a REAL locksmith to open his door and replace his little lock (without ANY closing points) for the modest sum of € 350 !! I know this kind of practice and I strongly advise against calling on this kind of fake locksmith even in troubleshooting.

Excellent, I recommend 100%, exceptional speed, friendliness, seriousness. I am delighted to have had to deal with a professional team. I found myself stuck outside leaving the keys inside, in 5 minutes I was helped out, I was able to be on time for my interview, I cannot thank this company enough. EXCELLENT +++++++++++
