IZI by EDF

Terrible experience. electrician did not come on settled appointment 2 times in a row. When they did come, they took away the spots they were supposed to fix and never brought them back. I had to harass them for 6 months ( the customer service was not responsive and kept sending me packing) never got the spots back or fixed and had to change companies. I recommend you not to leverage izi support, they are crooks. In 2h and for one third of izi price, I got the problem fixed by another company.

Easy to book and pay online, the technician arrived on time, in his EDF/izi shirt, worked quickly, gave me some extra advice, and cleaned the space before leaving. Very professional, highly recommended.

Partial bathroom renovation well done. The IZI business manager offered me a quote that was well suited to my needs. The daily life with the pro went well. Quality work and responsiveness for small unforeseen events. 10 days of intervention during confinement with masks and distances respected. An IZI expert came by to check the site.

It's just outrageous! Not followed up, but 48 € lost!

Catastrophic. The plumber never came, no date was offered, and customer service finally told me that they ultimately couldn't perform the service. The whole site is blocked, and I end up with holes in my floor. In short: to avoid absolutely, close to the scam. PS: fake reviews are a bit too obvious
