Very good pizza. Fast service

we ordered one evening following a flyer in our mailbox and the good reviews on Google. We start an order at 7:17 p.m. (pizza, dessert ...). The operator indicates a delivery within 40 min. Perfect. After 50 min, no one is there, so we call. We are told that the delivery man is in front of our house. After 20 min, we thought he was lost! The pizzeria calls us (pissed off) asking why we are not opening (while we have been waiting for our pizza for 1:20). We politely indicate that we are waiting for the delivery man to be late and that we have not received any calls. So, our interlocutor tells us that it is our fault, that we put too much pressure by calling to find out where our order is (we only have one time!). In my opinion, it was necessary to describe in detail the customer service that we had to deal with and this is the reason why, I put 1/5.
