It has been my pharmacy for 2 years. THE STAFF are very welcoming, attentive to and at the service of the customer. Very satisfied with the advice I was able to get from the team The pharmacy is well organized and easy to navigate. Please continue to advise us as you do;)

Absolutely excruciating experience ... I consult this pharmacy in the middle of the night (on-call pharmacy) after 7 am in the emergency room for my 2 month old daughter. It is the second time in 24 hours that we go to the emergency room due to acute vomiting, impressive red patches all over the body and extreme swelling of the extremities. Finally we leave the hospital at 4am, with a new prognosis: allergies to cow proteins in artificial milk. They discharge us after 7 am, including 2 hours of control after a medicalized bottle. They give us a prescription to go to the pharmacy on duty to take medicalized milk as quickly as possible (so that she can eat because it was already 3 hours without eating), and ban on giving her another milk, given her acute allergy. I arrive at this pharmacy and the owner looks at the prescription and laughs. I then ask if he still has some and he says to me "yes yes but hey it's not an emergency". He also specified to me that my daughter would not die if she took another milk or did not eat for 4 hours (until the normal opening of pharmacies ... Now my daughter was already screaming with hunger for 1H30min ... The time of the discharge of the hospital then go to the police station to recover the address of the pharmacy on duty ...). He then told me that I didn't understand what emergencies really were because I was a "mom". After checking with my usual pharmacy, they confirmed that it was an emergency, especially with a 2 month old infant. They also told me that the job of a duty pharmacy is to provide customers with the prescribed products, without judgment or comment (even if it was for a doliprane .... which was not our case! !) Too bad this pharmacist does not have the sense of customers or even the respect to say nothing in front of worried young parents. Lack of total respect, insolence, and clearly not very smart in view of the situation and acute allergy of my daughter. To flee !
