Contempt, insolence in the face of a customer who asks questions about a sensitive product and the list of drugs to be monitored even by prescription ... A pharmacist should not be a trader before being a nursing staff ! Too bad I'll go elsewhere!

Buy only under prescription do not seek advice they are very bad at this level! Second time that I go to take advice, they sell me a product issued only on prescription (prescription that I did not have) so that in the end when I come back to buy the same product I am told that it is only on prescription and in addition I am treated as a liar when I say that it is your colleague who recommended the product to me! Not to mention that the first time the recommended product sold only on prescription (prescription that I did not have) caused me serious side effects !! The first time should have been enough for me as an experience. In short, bad spirits, bad advice and a total lack of professionalism! This is what makes the mediocrity of this pharmacy

If I could have put zero stars I would have done it without hesitation. I bought a forehead thermometer. I asked several times if it was effective, I was certified 100% that it was. Limit my question is too instant. Conclusion: forehead thermometer at 50 € which is useless. Not the right temperature. Thank you !! Real crooks
