During a really serious problem, the Argenteuil police were very efficient and humanely attentive. I was even called back for follow-up and advice. However, they do their best to make it difficult.

I do not recommend the Argenteuil police station. Staff not very jovial. Very dimly lit room, minimalist decor and furnishings, extremely firm bedding. Toilets on the landing. Neighbors festive but very noisy. If you opt for half-board, meal served in your room by the staff with a choice of: microwaveable (but not microwaveable) tray of fusili with tomato sauce to taste like "finger-food". Hotel with a very large margin of improvement, to be avoided.

If you want to file a complaint go elsewhere, this office is outlawed. Indeed after having made weeks of back and forth to lodge a complaint I finally lodged my complaints in another city, the police station of this city has referred the complaints to Argenteuil, as I speak to you it's been 3 years since they disappeared in this police station. The prosecutor sends copies of the letters he sends to Argenteuil to my home and despite everything the complaints have disappeared, it is thanks to on-site training that I learned that an investigator of Argenteuil was bought by the opposing party and who kept my complaints.
