I came on Wednesday January 29, 2020 to file a complaint for my black electric bicycle which was stolen from me the day before in front of my workplace on the right of the Town Hall of Bois-Colombes. I waited in the cold for the establishment to open at 9am to finally ask for someone to receive me and a man replied dryly and haughtily "No madam we don't take this kind of complaint, go to Asnières ". Refusal to file a complaint

Two days ago I was received by a woman who asked me to come back with documents that served as evidence for my complaint. So I took the time to do it and I came back on September 20 at 6:00 PM. I was received by a man who refused to take my complaint, not even a handrail. He was very haughty, and in judgment to me! I came to ask for help as a victim. The police officer did not even take the time to listen ... and it's called a "public service" .... which is financed by the taxpayer's money ... It's a shame!!!

Good reception and good police, the site is clean and new. The police force who received me courteously understood my request, they took care of me quickly. After being very poorly received by the police station in Asnieres sur Seine, on which the Bois Colombes station depends, I am reconciled with the police.
