I wanted to file a complaint for assault and battery by my ex-partner, on the intercom, the police did not even let me in and directed me to the website of an association !!!
Never called back to come and sign the complaint I filed online several months ago. To believe that the state is supposed to guarantee the security of all. It's only in books!
We may be well received at the reception, but the waiting room is aptly named. You must have patience with a single officer to collect depositions and complaints.

I complained online on July 1, I was never reminded, when I managed to get an officer over the phone to explain to him he told me to come to complain directly otherwise it would not work. Since it was supposedly my fault because I did not answer the phone, I had filled in my office fixed number, saying he would have called on a cell phone but since the complaint concerned the theft of the cellphone not surprising and he told me that if I was not there today at 11:45 I could brush myself. There are people working at 11:45 in general, including me.
lack of total respect by this little officer without will or self-esteem.
