If only we could put -5 stars! A worst possible bank disaster. No communication between departments. More than three months to close an account ... Charges taken everywhere. No one is ever aware of anything, no one takes care of anything. I absolutely do not recommend but then not at all! Run away !!

Too bad it is not possible to put 0 star. A request to close an account has been filed for several months in AR. A complete lack of coordination between the employees, despite several calls going around in circles with always the same answer, "we do what is necessary, I have your contact details, we will contact you as soon as possible", obviously no feedback. Let us not forget, they do not hesitate to take the costs of managing the account, around November finally a new adviser (more than 4 months after the dispatch of the AR). Dear advisor who requests a handwritten letter, which then after more than 1 month without return, just a message: your request has been taken into account. To date the account is still open. Should I use a town crier? so who will deliver my closing letter to you. Or use a carrier pigeon?
