We placed our property for sale in this agency before the second confinement. Naievement we listened to the advice of "professional" bad estimate of price 20,000euros too expensive compared to the market. When a buyer showed up, he did not sign anything more than a compromise or promise we were asked to sign before and that for the buyer to sign we had to have the pre dated state (more than 400 euros at our load). In the end, the buyer did not come signed. He contacted us privately saying it was the bank that blocked it. However, the stock exchange assured us to check the solvency of buyers.
