After a first good experience when buying our house, we decided to ask them to sell it. We have chosen to put our property on two agencies and therefore not exclusively. If you want your property to be properly taken care of, you have to put it in exclusivity, otherwise you are taken in the background. I myself am disappointed to write it because the contact with Nadine in particular was human but I did not appreciate that my property was categorized in this way as "the house which is not excluded". Is it for this reason that we had three times less visitors than with their competitor? Maybe but I find it a shame. My property was sold by their competitor, I informed them by telling them that I was therefore looking for a property to relocate myself by throwing a small bottle into the sea but without a response not even a call to ask me for my search criteria. Too bad because they are professionals hence the 3 stars but that is not what sets me apart in this profession.
