MONOPRIX

I’ve come to take a monoprix salad but when I’ve open it, it was rotten. I came back, the lady exchanged it for an other but it was still rotten. Got no time to exchange it or refund.

It was correct

Day by day Supermarket .. fresh vegis,meats,fruits,dairy products,vines .even upstairs is a clothing part. Nice

After shopping for 19 years at Monoprix Colombes today I was accosted by a new young member of staff who demanded to see my ticket to prove I paid for my goods in my paid for paper bag. Speaking loudly and disrespectfully to me, a person who is over Fifty yrs old with a white beard and handicapped the security jumped forward like I was a common thief. I had to tell him calm down. The security guard then informed the young lady he did see me pay for my articles, but she insisted on going through my receipt making many people stop and stare. i demanded to be refunded for my goods and to speak to a person of authority.The person of authority she said " she is new and was doing her job " blah blah blah Today was the last day I will enter Monoprix Colombes what a wonderful way to treat a customer of 19 years. Crossing the street I explained what had just happened to a friend who manages one of the shops on the rue St Denis . He explained he was physically manhandled by staff a few days prior. When he treated to involve the police they made excuses and begged him to forgive them. The Caliber of staff has obviously gone down hill at Monoprix colombes.
