Be careful! Carrefour Drive is not Carrefour Drive Piéton. Carrefour Drive is top service and Carrefour Drive Piéton is not. An advice, do not purchase anything from Carrefour Drive Piéton, it is better that you choose Carrefour Drive. The later is an independent service that has a manager and its own staff. Whereas Carrefour Drive Piéton is not, as they deliver the command to the place. Yesterday in a Carrefour Drive Piéton à Asnières sur Seine, I checked my paper bag before I was due to collect it. I found three items missing. The value of the missing items is 90 euros. I called, Carrefour Drive Calling Centre. They offered me to collect what was there and get refund for the rest. I refused to touch the bag again and asked for full refund that was awarded, but after a long discussion, as the agent over the phone insisted that I should take what was left. I was informed there was no more stock in carrefour drive, but I went to the nearest Carrefou and bought the same items. A bon achat of 20 euros that I used over the Internet was lost, and the agent said he could do nothing to help to get it back.
