The sophrology sessions with Nathalie were essential in a situation that, I am sure, I would not have managed as well without this support. We feel that there is a lot of work upstream for the session to be completely personalized and that it corresponds perfectly to what we need. More a great relationship, I highly recommend it!

Nathalie is a gentleness, a listening and an unprecedented professionalism !!! I highly recommend it. Nathalie followed me during my pregnancy, I was completely serene, relaxed and I gave birth in ideal conditions of a girl very calm! In addition, Nathalie helped me in a complicated professional period by making me work letting go, acceptance and allowing to regain the esteem and confidence in me! Sessions make me a huge good, during and after! I discovered the sophro with Nathalie and I discovered a fairy of well-being in her!
