I'm disappointed ! Eve of re-confinement, I made an appointment for a waxing… Lots of people in town so it was very difficult to find a place to park so a little late for my appointment. The manager calls me and literally "yells at me" as if I was touring the city for three days on purpose in the hope of finding a place. Arrived at the institute 10 minutes late, I am very badly welcomed by this same manager who is downright unpleasant ... Ok I am late but I am still a client and I still feel I deserve a little more respect , kindness and above all politeness knowing that I was correct and kind. On the other hand, the other employees are very nice, friendly and smiling even with the current situation. I am also satisfied with my hair removal which was quick and well done by a lovely person. The only negative point of this store is the manager who is really not friendly and who has nothing to do in contact with customers given her behavior!
