I come to join the negative evaluations which finally reassure me because at a certain stage I ended up taking it for myself. I did a nail application last year which held in all and for all 3 days! No excuse! worst, when I returned there, the great nail professional looked at me with a murderous air ... lol Indeed, when I go, the saleswomen are not pleasant, they look at you with a condescending air while they have a job thanks to make up addicts like you and me. My budget of + _350 € / month will henceforth go entirely to Nocibe! And yes I went sometimes to your place for practical reasons but there end !! I put this evaluation now because there I am fed up !! Last week I asked for a 20% discount on a Dior addict body milk which unfortunately is definitely out of stock, I know because I bought the last 3 from Nocibe-50% so I ask him (to the manager) if oia makes a gesture on a broken product and there she looks at me as if I had asked her for the moon and answers me curtly "no I can not do anything!" Whereas 2 weeks earlier I bought her the large model in water of perfume! You have to be a "very good customer" they have no sympathy !! Here I dry off !!! and I don't write down all the little inconveniences that I encountered on practically each of my visits !!! Pfff the Oia manager of Dole told me that it was with pleasure that she would give me 20% on my product. In short, run away from the Lons-le-Saunier perfumery !! I'm talking to the boss of the franchise at Lons do something, the girls scare your customers away !!! For my part, I will not go back.
