Hello, Thanks to the UMHS Tooling service and also Plumbing / Heating, Franck and his colleague, I was able to drain my heating system with a garden hose and then introduce the sludge removal product. This had been done in 2007 and in 2017, it was time to start over, for 50 euros in coins and following the precious explanations ... Thank you again for this saving. Marc

Very bad reception this morning at the plumbing stand. Unfriendly seller who advised me for lack of material, apparently without delay, to contact the Aubade store ... This is not the first time and for about two years I have noticed a clear deterioration in the technical competence of certain salespeople that we seem to be bothering as an individual. If UMHS is no longer interested in these, just let it be known. On your advice, I went to Aubade, very warm welcome, a very pleasant young competent salesperson, I found all my parts and tools, benefited from a 15% discount on the whole without asking for anything.
