This mutual insurance company imposes annual increases of almost 10 euros on you and you have absolutely no right to anything in terms of glasses or dental reimbursement. The first person "home" on which we fall is nice on the other hand, when you come across the person who deals with refunds ..... how to say .... there is not even words so much we speak to you badly and uncomfortably. It seems to bother the person when we call for information, and it's the same every time. I am so fed up with being assaulted by this bitter old lady that I am going to give my money elsewhere and take a mutual for all my family who has a minimum of kindness. It's still amazing for a customer service to talk like that, even though we feel so annoying on the phone that we are embarrassed we try to be nice but no Madam is in a bad mood and we take full the head ! I pity his poor collaborators !!! Ineligible, change jobs! Many people want to work and will be happy to answer for you!
