This comment does not concern this agency but Intériale mutuelle as a whole. This mutual is expensive compared to the reimbursements offered. For my part, she also manages the Social Security part: a disaster. They tell you they call you back and never call you back. Telephone counselors do their best, but the information is not the same from one counselor to another. They lose the documents you send them, tell you we are looking for it, we come back to you and within 3 minutes send you an email please send the original back while the same envelope contained another document that they say they have received! We cannot speak to any manager and no email to correspond. For a care sheet, they take four to six weeks to pay it off. This mutual is a waste of time and health. TO FLEE

I have been in this mutual for 18 years and I realized that we were badly reimbursed but really badly reimbursed when you go to a specialist who makes you pay the mutual part. I always have to ask for an invoice in order to be reimbursed, which surprises each time he is a specialist in medicine because normally everything must be done automatically, and that's what happens in other mutuals. When we bring our supporting documents, they take a long time to reimburse us. They forget we always have to call them in order to be reimbursed for our advance. This mutual is always looking for a detail often so that it does not reimburse us for our expenses. I do not recommend this mutual because in addition I had taken a big formula to protect my family and myself but I realize that with this mutual it is useless It is even now becoming stressful for me to go see the doctor or a specialist because I'm afraid of not getting reimbursed. So I allow myself to write this really negative opinion on this mutual
