I only put 2 stars because I am very upset with a counselor. This woman is aggressive and has had a completely casual attitude towards me. My contract is about to expire and I almost ended the conversation by hanging up. I would immediately terminate my different contracts with them. Fortunately, I had another counselor, Axelle, who demonstrated an exceptional ability to listen and to be professional. The latter made me change my mind. I also had a certain Simon on the phone who was very correct. Thank you
