Amazing audioguide tour, lovely castle and grounds, newly restored in 2017, absolutely lovely! Would be even nicer when one arrives when flowers are planted. Kiosk is pretty reasonable as far as tourist locations go. Renting a golf cart is a very nice luxury but not crucial. This is the Versailles before Versailles, and it's cool.

Very beautiful place, the castle visit was nice but I enjoyed the garden a lot more. Seeing how it was created and the thought process behind it was fascinating and I would highly recommend the visit. The gold cars being lent seemed fun and pretty useful bur walking all the way to the Hercules statue is so worth it just for the view of the castle.

This beauty is a heart stopper! My most favourite castle in all of France. It's not the largest but I believe it has the most character! Stunning grounds which you are free to walk around, and enjoy the incredible views of the fountains with the castle in the background. The interior tour affords you gorgeous views of the grounds. Highly recommended!

This castle by the garden is amazing. It is such a beautiful garden and it has an interesting history as well. The rooms and decor are well maintained. If you want to visit the dome you will need to pay extra, but it is worth it ! The view on the top of the dome is incredible, and you can see the whole garden. On Christmas, they put up very nice decorations, and there are plenty of people. It is a good place for enjoying Christmas activities. You can use an electric golf cart for riding around the garden, although you will need a your drivers license to rent it. They will give you a map for driving around. It is a good experience.
