Musée de l’Aviation de Melun-Villaroche

Go for an aeronautical getaway in the heart of the Brie plains, on the Melun-Villaroche aerodrome! Here rub shoulders: old aviation, leisure and professional. Located 40 km southeast of the capital, this site is a former air base, which was best known as a flight test center for Dassault Aviation, as well as for the aircraft engine manufacturer, Snecma. Today, Melun-Villaroche remains an important aeronautical center, open to public air traffic since October 2014; where two amazing museums are to be discovered. You can get there by light plane, by car or even from Paris by RER.
