Pharmacie de la Gare de Melun

This pharmacie is one of the most effective and most reliable that I ever visited in my life. I'm originally from canada but I moved to france (melun) for medical reason, and i couldn't be happier to have found a pharmacy that really take care of theirs customers and really show sympathy to the people. Mr jolivet the pharmacy head pharmacist there's absolutely nothing to say about him except he's a wonderful person who helped me in my life more times than I can count and I'm grateful for that. I strongly recommend this pharmacy because not only they will take care of your needs but they will go beyond to satisfy theirs customers.

Pleasant welcome, attentive and professional staff

Lots of choice, inexpensive and the staff is very attentive!

Unreliable; Misadventure experienced by a friend for whom a prescription product which they do not have in stock, must be ordered for the next day, which can be conceived in itself; improbable journey the next day, at 11 am contrary to what had been indicated to him, no product received in the morning (without being warned of course), He must return in the afternoon, the reception having to be done at that time; Return to 16.30 still not received (and still unannounced); holiday then result receipt maybe 4 days after having given the order !!! Meanwhile, too bad for the patient. I do not recommend at all

It's been a while since I chose this pharmacy as the main pharmacy because the reception is courteous and I always had good advice and good follow-up. They take the time to explain things to you. It is convenient because in front of my train and they close late. In addition they moved in front and the local is now bigger.
