They never answer to mails, they are ready to increase rents without informing you, when you have a serious problem like the heater that doesn't work properly they send incompetent people so as to pretend they did their work... In other words these thieves and incompetent agents who claim to care do not give a damn about you

I have been relating the same problem for months or even years (which is quite simple to solve, however) we are being driven in circles and this is also affecting the security of the building now. I already knew the bad reputation of this agency but I did not expect this. Always the same sentence: "we will take care of it" but no setting things up. The words pasted by the agency in the halls to relate facts that we all already know and which provide no solutions are clearly useless! Very poor management of condominiums.
