They made me a horrible cut. I would need to correct it in another hairdresser. I do not recommend at all.

I had not been back in this salon for over a year! What a pleasant surprise! Since the change of management the salon has a new look, the team is friendly and attentive! I am very happy with my sweep, as well as my cut and blow dry! Thanks to the hairdressers! Top I highly recommend !!!!!

I awarded a star for the warm welcome. I went to this salon to do a little hair treatment to give them more shine .. and have my tips cut. . The hairdresser did not even explain the benefits of this treatment to me and did not show it to me at all, she left it for 10 minutes and then rinsed it off. I couldn't see any results! And when arriving at the checkout, the prices do not correspond at all to the prices displayed on the window and the student discount is actually non-existent, it is highlighted outside only to attract customers. They were trying to say that the latter could not be applied for the type of services that I did, while arguing inadequately. First and last experience in this show.

It was the first time in this room. Very happy with my sweep and the cut. Very nice staff. I recommend without worries.

Hello , I would like to write to you about our disastrous visit to this Franck Provost salon at 17 rue desudiants in Courbevoie. My little sister and I visited this salon on Friday February 28, 2020 for a balayage and hate ombre, blonde we came out orange with several multi colored spots on our heads! While our hair was natural. The hairdressers (Sanae as well as the manager Sarah) did not deign to make up for their faults or even offer us compensation. My little sister was in tears in the hair salon! These people were absolutely odious to us when we paid 230 € to both of us for failed services (supporting evidence) This is why I approached customer service Franck Provost to intervene and to us compensate for the damage suffered! It is very serious at this stage it is a scam. I wouldn't let it happen. Yours truly
