Location is very easy to locate within the mall, as it's right infront of the elevator.. Welcoming staff...most of the times you easily find englih speaking staff and thus it makes it easy for tourists, and non french speaking customers to communicate well.. One attracting marketing feature of the brand is that it offers small gift to thank you for your purchase.

I went for a massage which was nice although a bit too forceful on the calves and ribs. The problem was the noise of the air conditioning, the passage of staff in the hallway (a falling jump) and the noise of customers (crying child, people talking, phone ringing). For a massage I will not go back, impossible to relax the room was poorly soundproofed (because yes I listen to the noise as the beautician would say) but for purchases I recommend.
