I took my eldest to cut my hair there and I found them nice, for that I dared to try with my little one with more difficult hair to handle, already I did not like the fact that the hairdresser did not hesitated to point it out to me nastily: "her hair is never untangled ?! »Ok I digested and I showed her what I wanted anyway, even before taking the time to discuss it and see the photos I have to show her, she attacks her hair, I said to myself ok she's a pro i let her do it. I see her cut and cut and I say to myself maybe it's for, be quiet, have confidence !! But once she shows me the end result I almost passed out !! ?? Where have my daughter's curls gone? !! Who is this boy in front of me ?! I am amazed !!! ..... really zero professionalism! Zero respect! To top it off, the hairdresser, not wanting to admit her mistake, kept replying that this is what I wanted and that my daughter's hair could not have looked better! But damn it you had to tell me before !!! ??? 😤😤😤

When you take offense at paying 30 € for a men's haircut and you answer "next time you have to ask for the price and not look at the price", already there will be no next time and before doing a total (shampoo / cut / hairstyle) we ask if we want it, especially to pay 5 € for a shampoo of 2 minutes and 6 € for a cut which is similar to a blow of hair dryer. Thieves, they made my roots for 100 euros !!!!!! I did the same thing in July it was 50 euros, and I paid double, for a mediocre result !!!!! A living room to be avoided like the plague !!!!
