I made an appointment twice for a nail application. The first time I left after 20min because the wait was getting too long. The second time, today, I had an appointment at 12 noon to be made to wait until 12.15 p.m. and to be told that I must wait another 40 minutes. No one will see me there a third time.

If I could not put any star I did a body waxing I have wax everywhere bruises and hematomas. Go your way if it's to have pain and still hair, the work is sloppy it does not deserve me 1 centime I'm disgusted it should think to pass a training or closing shop because it is very serious to let go of a customer with wax, bruises and hair !!!!!!!!

A salon with a very good home but unfortunately customer satisfaction level really disappointing the price should be up to the quality so less than 40 euro. Disappointed for a first on nanterre

I did a short internship there, it's a nice place and the staff is very nice.

Very bad experience, we call to inquire about its prices, on the phone it tells us that a capsule + gel + varnish semi permanent job costs 49 € but arrived on the spot it tells me that it is 59 € for varnish semi permanent and not € 49, € 49 is for a simple nail polish, but it obviously only says it when everything is done. Result I found myself with a note to 59 € ... I went on a Wednesday and I had to return on Thursday (next day) because a capsule was taking off. She did what I needed right away. I had to go back the day after because the whole nail (so with the gel) broke. She did it again but I felt that my nails were still quite fragile. On the night of December 24th to 25th, this same nail that she made me again broke again, being in festive period and having no time to return to see it I had to remove them all myself. Put 60 € in nails so they do not even a week I do not explain my disappointment and nervousness. I was expecting a professional and clean job, but we were far from this result because she did not take the time to remove the varnish on my skin and that the gel was bumps and they were not filed the same form. The nail was really not clean, and the work was not worthy of a professional. I strongly recommend this salon for what is tab.
