Admittedly, the appointment was quick and the reception rather friendly at first glance, but unfortunately I recovered my vehicle with a scratch of several centimeters in the passenger compartment. We will explain to you that this could not be done during the intervention because the windshield change is done from the outside and no one enters your vehicle except to enter / exit the center ... and yet this scratch was not present when I dropped off my vehicle. I will not necessarily be pointed out in a very nice way that I have a damaged vehicle and that I "bore" technicians without reproach for a small scratch ... in short, your good faith as a customer will have no value and the sympathy of facade will disappear at the slightest concern. My complaint to customer service was dealt with very (too) quickly, the latter contenting itself with repeating that this type of incident could not happen ...
