Best Townhall with friendly staff

La Mairie, or the core of any city in France. The municipality, the town hall: the center of the civic life based on the core values of the French Republic: Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité. The mairie of Puteaux has the following inscription: "La ville de Puteaux sous l'egide de virtude republicaines protege le travaille, les lettres, les sciences et les arts". The building also host the Mail Post and the National Police headquarter (in Puteaux - for the Municipal Police you need to cross the street Chantecoq). Also the tribunal is hosted in the same building. If you need to do any paperwork you need to enter the building from the Rue de la Republique. The entrance from the main park is opened to the public during events. For example the Festival de la Band Desinee a Puteaux, or when the EFS uses the town hall facilities for receiving blood donors.
