Defective civil status service. 3 weeks and still nothing received for a birth certificate. Elsewhere reception by email in 48 hours ... lamentable

1 month and a half to wait for my new identity card, so I call them to ask where it is and here they tell me that the proof of address is not good because I had provided them with a certificate of insurance and that the Prefecture has refused (knowing that legally the certificate of insurance is valid and is proof of domicile huh ...). They could not have told me no, as it was agreed ... Shabby, they made me lose 1 month and a half, practice living with an outdated identity card.

The person at the reception is odious !! She checks the identity card application files, such as a police inspector. We have the photos taken 3 times because according to her, they were not correct, however consistent (depending on the device). Once back on site, she told us that we must resume appointment because our schedule was passed. We had another meeting two months later. Inadmissible !!!!
