I made an appointment to make my identity card. I go to the reception, I am told that I do not have a slot in my name. I am arguing that it has been confirmed to me over the phone and that I would like to do so today as agreed. I am told that it is not possible today, we close at noon. In the end, I had to postpone the date and I lost 1/4 of an hour.

Receptionist who doesn't know what she says! Called yesterday 1 hour before closing, I was told that it was late and that I would be called the NEXT MORNING to have an appointment. Nobody contacts me, so I do. She claims that she never told me that and not to wait after the call, that it will be in the next few days! I don't mind waiting but be careful what you say and don't imply that people are lying. Not pro at all! Lots of people are looking for work, see your teams again!
