Nice flowers, various choices. Usually it is difficult to find a parking slot in this area. However the unfriedliness of the florists spoils it all. I would rather go to another one than this. Very much disappointed.

ZERO PROFESSIONALISM! I order a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. Order placed by phone on February 13, remotely paid the same day. They confirm delivery to me the next morning. The 14 at 16h I contact them to find out if the bouquet has been delivered, and I am told that yes. I send a message to my wife who tells me that I have received nothing, I call them a second time I am told that the delivery man has made a mistake and that they will come back to me. An hour later no news I remind them .. I am told that the delivery man is on the way. At 6 p.m., still no bouquets, I spent my time calling them I was told that the delivery man arrived in 5 minutes several times but still no bouquet !!!! I am offered a delivery 3 days later .. a joke! so I asked for a refund of the bouquet (and I let you imagine the hassle for a refund, it was still me who had to call them several times). The delivery address was on the same street as the shop, exactly 3 minutes walk ......
