Maybe a good professional in his field but the human side is to review. I admit humbly to suffer from anxiety attacks, and the waiting room being confined, I began to feel a lack of oxygen. Finding my discomfort, kindly another patient half-opened the window. Seeing the window ajar, the first concern of Mrs. GUILLOUET was not my explanation "I feel the beginnings of a tetanus crisis"; but the fragility of the curtain and its cost, therefore instead of opening the vertical slat curtain and the window so that I breathe better, she closed the window and put a fan. It was not the heat that bothered me but the lack of oxygen! As a result, when the symptoms of hyperventilation and tremors broke out, I had to swallow 2 x 1/2 anxolytics and my husband had to leave his job to pick me up. I regret such lack of empathy. On the other hand, a big thank you to Dr. Terrier who knew how to listen to me, to calm me by diverting my attention effectively on the examination that he made me.
