First and certainly last experience with this store. I came to this hardware store after consulting the "facom" site on which it is listed as a contact point for support in the event of breakage. After saying hello and explaining to the boss that I was coming to exchange my broken torx facom key, it was very virulent and obviously very annoyed towards me by explaining that he was not trading and that facom will do it. Basically not being a customer with him, he would be doing me a favor by taking charge of this exchange. Oh no sorry! It is not an exchange! Although in the end, in my mind ... certainly narrow ... if I give a broken key and get a different one later, it is indeed an exchange! Annoyed in my turn, I politely told him all the same that if he did not want to take care of facom support, the wisest would be to ask to be removed from the facom site and I will go to a different store . He told me to go and have my key changed elsewhere. Know sir, that I was not a customer with you but would certainly have become if I had been received correctly! In any event, I find it really unfortunate and hateful on my part to write a negative opinion on a local hardware store that does not need this at this time. I would have been delighted to no longer go to the big brands and make this hardware store my new address BUT having never been so badly treated in a store, which moreover is without reason, I had to let people know. If you are not stuck on good manners and come to spend and not waste time, you will certainly find your happiness because there seems to be what is needed inside ... Too bad
