I had a very good experience today with Moulay, the locksmith sent out by ALCOF securite. He was professional, fast and polite, and charged me 40% less than the also highly rated competitor in this area. After installing the new lock, he also advised me on a less expensive option for getting additional keys at their boutique on Avenue de Ternes. Very honest and much appreciated - thanks!

He did his job. He was over two hours late. Kept saying “on the way” when he clearly was not. Utilizing a translation app on my phone I picked him up saying “I’m going to charge for the most expensive” lock that was being replaced. Sucks to take advantage of people, but I guess that’s the world we live in. Thanks for opening the door, and my wallet.

Simply crooks ... our door no longer closes, a "locksmith" arrives and offers me a quote for € 8,000 ... quite simply ... then another real locksmith arrives and repairs the door for me for € 50. .. simply a shame and theft !!! To flee!!!!
