Excellent staff ! Overall experience was good! The food was too far away from what I’ve expected The sauce was extremely salty, I couldn’t taste the meat. Bread was ok but overwhelming I am not sure if it is the recipe or the chef went strong on the salt that day. Also the french fries are dry and sometimes burned with a strong bitter taste. Anyway for 16 € you do not get value for your money Hyped !

It was very good! The food and the service. The only negative point...the fries were burned and really not tasty. I was with a person who has visited Big Ferdinand very often and he said also that it was not usual.

A bit pricey for what you get. But really nice staff and good vibe from the place. I ordered the combo meal of the BBQ burger, paprika fries, and dessert. Fries where definitely poor, soggy, no flavour. The burger though however was really good if a little small. Excellent flavours with the bacon adding some really good saltiness to the flavour. Dessert was good but again expensive for what you get. If I was paying myself I would be a little disappointed. Highly recommend skipping the fries and just getting a double burger. The quality of the meat is excellent
