Family Pizza

This day, order placed at 18:45. It is said that I will be delivered in 50min. In the end after several unanswered calls. We were delivered 2h30 after. Not a commercial gesture: no discount or a bottle of soda .... just an apology from the deliveryman ...

I ordered a duo menu, I was told on the phone 45 minutes for delivery. 1:30 later, still no delivery. I remind to know where is my order. I am told that with the rain it takes longer. Result 1h45 after the order, the pizza arrives cold and the desserts are not those ordered. And all that being said because of the rain. Unacceptable. 1 star is already too much.
