Hello, Some people working in this pharmacy should normally be called to order by their manager, especially a brunette with long hair on the prescription side! Very haughty, unbearable, she has a way of communicating that I really dislike and I doubt being the only one to think so !! She allows herself to slander her own colleagues in front of clients' !! And yes I was present. I hate to make this kind of comment, it is absolutely not in my nature, especially since I have known this pharmacy for so many years !!! I regret the old team, luckily there are still some people with whom contact has always been fluid !!

Unsurprisingly and in view of the negative opinions, I am reassured to tell myself that I am not the only one to think that this pharmacy must review its entire team! Starting with the vigil ... too bad I needed my hydroalcoholic gel because I wouldn't give them my money! I will not be coming back and I do not recommend it either!

This pharmacy charges an "advisory fee" by default for each product purchased. Check the total that you are told at the cash desk ... In response to the owner: I did not pay these fees because I got angry at the cash desk. However, it seems unacceptable to me that you invoice these fees by default and that it is up to the customer to verify the total amount invoiced. Of course, you remove these fees on request manually at the cash desk. My point is that you shouldn't charge them upfront ...
