Clément Frères works for our co-ownership (I am a voluntary property manager) but also privately in my apartment. It is a serious and trustworthy company with which we are fully satisfied. Very disappointed with this company which had been recommended to me. I contacted them about a toilet flush leak. The mechanism was changed and charged 138 € telling me that it still drips a little. Indeed it is the seal that had to be changed. I called them back several times, had the secretary who was to convey the message. No one has contacted me again to this day.
