Dishonest company, to flee! I made them come this apm for an annual boiler maintenance, by starting the inspection the technician announces to me that he is surprised that it works because there is a defective part (it is certainly an old boiler but it works), I find it a little odd but I let him continue his business ... and 1 / 2h later he asked me to come to see ... that it does not work anymore and that it will have to be repaired for a fee !! I can understand that even pros make dumplings from time to time, it happened to me with other craftsmen but in this case they always repaired the damage immediately ... but there, when he sees that I am not going bite the hook, in addition it leaves me in the plan by implying that it was not working before (the height !!!), that it will take 1 week to send me a quote and that the repair will be anyway my burden! It is winter, I have 3 children including 1 year old baby and I no longer have heating !! So I'm going to have to manage it differently to get it fixed ... but I feel like I've been ripped off anyway! Go your way, don't be fooled like me! I should have been wary when I called them and they offered me a niche the next day, it was shady ... I confirm my statements after a false response from the owner: the part was broken by the technician during the maintenance, the only repair that was offered to me was 1 week later (1 week without heating and hot water) and at my expense!
