Company contacted following a water heater problem. The technician, who arrived late and unfriendly, looked at the water heater for 3 minutes before concluding that a new one had to be replaced. Verdict: 1st quote at € 1,500, quickly dropped to € 1,200 (?). On the other hand, a small bill of 110 € for the 3-minute diagnosis, an invoice to be paid only if I did not immediately sign the estimate for the new balloon. In short, a big lack of transparency in invoicing, which unfortunately tarnishes the image of the sector. Society to avoid.

In the end I took another plumber who repaired the lifting pump in 20 minutes which was less than 2 years old when Vanhaesebrouck offered to change everything, and the technician did not even have his tool kit when he introduced himself. It cost me 90% less!
