Rodeos in the city center, cars on the sidewalks, awkward parking, incivism everywhere, resident of the Liberté district for almost 10 years, I do not believe I have ever encountered a municipal police officer on foot in my neighborhood. Curious for an organization that wants to be close. Budget problem, lack of staff? Organizational problem? Too bad this could be greatly improved.
