I gave 1 star because I cannot give less. The worker shouting over a young German couple saying that we are in France and we speak French here when they ware trying to speak in English, Asking for documents without trying to help out, they got a damage at there car and not really a help from this worker that was trying to make people aggressive. In my case I am not sure that my car was in the wrong placement so I asked to see a picture That proves it and she said with aggressive tone that I should do a complain. I am not expecting a to find a paradise in the kind of place but just a competent person that helps citizens and not to get back the cars without experiencing this situation of provoking violence.

A Star is a lot even for incompetent and unpleasant staff, plus the address on the site is not the right one. They moved two months ago and unable to update the site. I pay the almond, and they don't even tell me where my car is. I had to walk all the way to find her. Lousy service zero zero I wish no one to fall into this pound

Very poorly indicated. 20 minutes to access the pound level. On site, I found my vehicle dented following the removal. (Brand new car ...!)
