I put a star because I have to put one! Sofa ordered on August 19, 2020. I should have received it on October 30, 2020 (the seller had certified that it would arrive before that date). I let a few days pass before contacting them ... A small delay can happen after all ... But no call or email from them to warn of a delay ... But then, IMPOSSIBLE to have them on the phone !!! So I sent an email! I was told ... TEN DAYS LATER! By telling me that my sofa would arrive on November 19, that is, today! Big surprise! Still no sofa! Sofa already pay 80%, we cash the check right away! Disappointed, once I get this sofa I don't go back to this store or even to buy a light bulb! I would go to the competition!
