I would like to report an incident with this agency. I do it here because it is impossible to reach him. Let me explain, we visited an apartment with my boyfriend, everything went well, the lady from the agency was very responsive. We told her that we were very interested because the apartment was perfect, large, next to the RER, parking, full bathtub, the lady then asked us to send our file, which we did the same evening. She acknowledges receipt and she tells us that she will go through our case and get back to us with the answer. 2 days later she sends us an email saying that our file was accepted (we have a very good file) but she needs a clearer version of two documents which I send her immediately. So far everything looks very good, we are happy to have found this wonderful apartment, we are awaiting his return for the signing. After receiving our entire file, one day, 2 days, 3 .... you had understood no more signs from him. No response to emails, calls, voice messages etc. Knowing that we interrupted our research of art given the positive response. The problem with me (and my boyfriend for that matter) is what she's going to do with our files. Knowing that she had the whole thing and that she insisted on having them clear. A short answer saying that we weren't caught "eventually" would have been less suspicious than pretending to be accepted and then disappear. The agency does exist for your information, we met the lady here, the apartment too, but curious about what you can do with a rental file when you are a real agency.
