This is the last time I chose this store to have a package delivered to me! I went to the store for the first time one evening at around 7.45 p.m. They refused to give me my package because it was not the right time (although the store was open, of course). I returned to the store one morning, and again waited a little while before I could - finally - pick up my package. The manager is unpleasant. Not a smile, not a kind word. Absolutely no sense of service. You have to change jobs if you don't like people!
