Anything big. Nearly 300 euros of bank charges in a year (because here when you are short of a few tens of euros for three days at the end of the month, they take you between 40 and 80 euros in agios. They do not cancel your insurance when you ask for it. They change your advisor without notifying you. You ask for a telephone appointment, he is not honored.
